At TeeTopia, your satisfaction means everything to us. 💖

We want you to love your T-shirt as much as we loved creating it for you. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with a simple, hassle-free return and refund process.

📦 What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

✅ You received a wrong product (wrong size, color, or design)
✅ Your T-shirt was damaged or defective when it arrived
✅ The print is blurred, misaligned, or poor quality
✅ The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

🚫 What Cannot Be Returned?

❌ Wrong size ordered by the customer
❌ Color or design choice change after ordering
❌ Minor color variation due to screen display
❌ Personalized/custom-printed tees unless defective

🕐 Return Window

You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

📌 Tip: Record an unboxing video to support your claim if anything is wrong with the product.

🔁 How to Request a Return

Follow these 3 simple steps:

1️⃣ Email us at info.teetopia@gmail.com
2️⃣ Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo or video of the issue
3️⃣ Wait for our team to confirm your return eligibility within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we’ll guide you on return shipping or send a replacement directly.

💵 Refund Process

If your return is approved, you can choose between:

✅ Refund to your original payment method
✅ Exchange with another product of same value
✅ Credit coupon for future TeeTopia orders

Refund Timeline:

UPI/Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days
Wallets/Other: 3–5 business days
COD Orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank transfer after return is received

Note: Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

🆓 If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
📦 If it’s a customer-initiated return for non-eligible reasons, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

👕 Print-on-Demand Notice

Since every T-shirt is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns for issues like:

❌ Changed your mind
❌ Ordered the wrong size
❌ Didn’t like the fit/design after trying

Please check our size chart and product details carefully before ordering. 📏

📢 Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at info.teetopia@gmail.com. After printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
